FAQs

1What is Feng Shui?
It is an ancient Chinese discipline that can help you to balance the energy in any given space. Some classical Feng Shui practitioners define it as "astrology for architecture" because it studies how the earth and cosmic energy encapsulated in that particular location at the moment the roof of the building was put on, affects the space.
2What type of Feng Shui do you practice?
I practice classical/traditional Feng Shui. I use flying stars system to calculate the building chart that is a kind of "natal chart" for the building.
3What data is required for a classical Feng Shui consultation?
Classical Feng Shui consultants need to know the year of construction of the building and the exact compass reading of the facing or sitting side of the building. It is also important to take into consideration the energy of the inhabitants (date of births) and how they use the space (floor plan); that is why two houses built in the same year sitting in the same direction can provide completely different experiences to their occupants.
4What are the benefits of Feng Shui?
It has multiple benefits because balancing the energy in your home will help you to balance any aspect of your life that is not working the way you wish. It can bring miraculous results for some people and more subtle to others.

The following are some of them:

  • Creates a supportive environment
  • Assists you to live to your potential and thrive
  • Improves your health
  • Assists people with fertility challenges
  • Promotes better relationships
  • Prevents accidents
  • Helps to sleep better
  • Assists you in finding the right home for your needs

5How can a classical Feng Shui Consultant balance the energy in spaces?
We can balance the energy in spaces most of the times adding objects and sometimes removing them depending on what is needed based on the flying stars chart.
6What type of objects are added or removed in order to balance the energy in spaces?
We use the 5 Elements (wood, fire, earth, metal, water). These 5 elements support, weaken or destroy each other depending on how they are combined.
